Full-time, temporary Accounts Payable job. 4 weeks - potential to extend.

Based in the South Eastern Suburbs, this established Manufacturer are leaders in the industry for their innovative technology, safety, and design.


Your new role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for full function, high volume invoice processing, coding, matching, batching, reconciliations, supplier payment runs, and query resolution. You will be well-versed in electronic scanning processes and maintain a high level of data efficiency and accuracy.



What you'll need to succeed
For success in this full-time, temporary Accounts Payable role, you will have:

• Ability to efficiently process a high volume of invoices
• Sound customer service with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Well-developed time management, accuracy, and organisational skills
• Exposure to Oracle will be highly regarded
• Meticulous attention to detail
