A Construction giant is seeking a strong Payroll Accountant to provide payroll reconciliations and look after the accuracy of all the payroll General Ledger clearing across the whole business in Australia.
Client Details
My client is a large, diversified business with an excellent reputation across Australia in construction industry. Throughout years, they evolved their business locally and globally and their revenue became now over billion dollar business. Due to the growth, they hold over thousand of employees and they are looking for a payroll accountant who can look after the whole payroll process working closely with the payroll manager.
Description
The Payroll Accountant requires extensive payroll experience and it has to be quite experienced.
(Payroll officer would not be suitable as this process occurs after payroll processing has been completed by the payroll team.)
- Review all details of reconciliations for various payroll accounts timely.
- Upload data into Oracle Financials for General Ledger and then manage for Project Ledger allocation.
- Manage and handle high volume reconciliations.
- Engage and deal with internal stakeholders across the business.
Profile
Profile
Ideal candidates must have strong communication ability and thorough payroll experience in large complex business.
Finance System Experience
- Advanced level Excel including Macro
- Oracle R12 and Blackline (Preference)
Communication Ability
- Excellent communication skills, communicating effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders.
Job Offer
- 73-85K(Base)+Super/ $37-41/hour+Super
- Temp to Perm (After proving yourself, you have a chance to become a permanent employee in 6months time.)
