Seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts/Administration Clerk to join our busy Gold Coast team in Bundall. This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week.
The successful applicant will have strong Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
We are an established market leader in the catering and hospitality supplies industry and have developed a strong reputation in the marketplace for providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Job Requirements include:
- Accounts Payable - data entry of supplier invoices, resolve supplier queries, prepare and process supplier payment runs
- Accounts Receivable - Account reconciliations and allocations, collection activity with clients via phone and email, responding to queries and resolving complaints, processing new credit applications
- General administration duties including mail, filing & archiving and other duties as required.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- 2+ years accounts experience in a fast paced environment
- Motivation with a strong & positive work ethic
- A professional phone manner & strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- MYOB experience, although not essential, a definite advantage
- Ability to work independently & part of a team
- Strong Excel, Outlook & Word skills
