A full time opportunity has opened up at our dynamic firm to be an integral part of our Administration Team in a bookkeeping capacity.

Working in a team of professionals (including CA qualified accountants), the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to succeed.  Work will largely include maintaining the financial records for the various entities in the group, together with opportunity to provide high quality bookkeeping services to a diverse range of external clients. 

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, proactive, organised and demonstrate strong initiative with the ability to provide high level support.

Under the direction of the Partners, the Bookkeeping requirements include but are not limited to the following:

  • MYOB Advanced User (including payroll)
  • Xero Advanced User (including payroll)
  • Profit and Loss preparation
  • MS Office proficiency
  • BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement experience
  • High level of written and verbal English communication
  • High standard of professionalism
  • Excellent Presentation
  • Accurate documentation skills
  • Conscientious and hard-working, with the ability to work towards deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Professional and mature approach
  • Able to commute to client offices in the Adelaide area
