This role is to support the Finance team in the delivery of insightful management reporting to the Group.
The key responsibilities of the Finance Performance Analyst are:
- Integrity of the monthly financial results
- Produce insightful management reports aligning the financial performance against targets
- Forecast business drivers and highlight risks and opportunities
- Analyse performance and investigate variances
- Prepare and maintain forecast models
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the management accounting processes
The successful Finance Performance Analyst will have the following experience:
- Financial Services, in particular Wealth industry experience in the capacity of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
- Professional qualification required - CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and modelling experience
- Hands on experience of key business drivers, performance metrics and balanced scorecard concepts
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and working with others to achieve outcomes
