Are you a well-rounded Payroll Officer with more than 3 years’ experience? We are seeking a motivated individual with hands on, timesheet-driven payroll experience to join our team on a casual basis, 3 days per week based at our head office in Springwood. You might be looking for more flexibility in your schedule and still want to keep busy in a growing, high-energy work environment, if so, this could be the change you’re seeking!

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will be responsible for:
- Assisting our Payroll team in processing pays nationally for over 2600 field employees
- Timesheet collection, extension and payroll processing
- Raising invoices and dispatching to clients
- Communication with statutory bodies
- General administrative duties as required
The nature of recruitment payroll is very hands on and requires a high level of understanding of different awards / pay structures / client agreements. The environment is fast paced, and as such you will need to be comfortable working in a high pressure environment and be ready to hit the ground running. Ideally you will have experience in high volume payroll, good customer service skills and commitment to aligning yourself to the Protech values of respect, integrity and acknowledge.
