Trust Accountant 

This is a Monday - Friday role for an experienced trust accountant who will also run the accounts department.  This is an extremely important position within the company with some of your key responsibilities including:

• Sales trusts and Property Management trusts - bank reconciliation 
• Processing deposits on exchange and managing investment accounts 
• Entry, management and payment of invoices and bonds 
• Prepare accounts for settlements
• Wages & payroll 
• Accounts payable & receivable 
• Preparation of end of months reports and EOFY reports
• Liaising with and managing correspondence with vendors, Property Manager and sales agent

• Understanding of trust laws and requirements
• Attention to detail
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Interpersonal/Customer service skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Time Management and organisational skills
• Computer Skills - REST, Excel, Word
• Data entry skills
