THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Successful candidates will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, where company culture is highly valued. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 9 AR Officers across Australia who are responsible for the full functions collections lifestyle, coordinating and distributing workflows and assisting them when required
- Managing difficult customers and providing innovative solutions a
- Monitor and review Team KPI’s to identify and implement innovative process improvements to streamline operations
- Liaise with internal customer service and development teams to formulate continuous customer-centered initiatives
Who are we looking for?
In order to succeed in the role you will hold the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable leadership position within a large organization
- Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with business units to develop and implement process improvements
- A strong customer centered mindset and commitment to continual improvement of the customers experience
- Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
