We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our administration team based in our head office at Largs Bay. Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, the Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for meeting accounts receivable objectives by undertaking the following functions:
- Accurately price jobs for customers;
- Promptly attending to customer account enquiries;
- Timely invoicing to customers and managing statements;
- Effective debt collection by maintaining account agreements;
- Provide administrative support to operations and management.
The Successful Candidate:
- Will possess at least three years’ experience in a accounts receivable role;
- Will enjoy working within a busy environment;
- Will be highly organised with the ability to daily prioritise their own work;
- Will have strong numerical literacy, with the ability to analyse, and extrapolate data when required;
- Will be a clear and confident communicator;
- Will have the ability to solve complex accounts issues in a timely manner;
- Will enjoy working with a team of dedicated professionals.
