We are a well established, highly sought after aesthetic clinic, considered to be market leaders in the laser industry. Results Laser Clinic is one of the few accredited laser clinics in Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane and we currently have a number of rare and exciting opportunities for driven, committed and efficient team players, to join our team.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be working closely with the team to ensure the efficient and smooth running of key functions including; Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inter-business financial allocations and INNOVATION initiatives! In this sense you will be an ‘all rounder’ who will be a part of a growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• End to end accounts payable functions (Processing of payment runs and supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations)
• Reconciliation of company credit cards
• Running end to end payroll
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting end of month financial reporting
• Assist with BAS and PAYG submissions
• Booking of all travel and accommodation
• All-rounder to help out with logistics and administration

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• You will be CA/ CPA/ ACA qualified (or near completed)
• Advanced skills in MYOB and Excel
• Knowledge of Australian accounting best practice essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload
• You must have a good command of the English Language, be presentable to customers, have a degree of common sense and a sense of humour would be appreciated.
