Our client is a well established Chartered Accounting Firm in the outer South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Narre Warren), well known for its friendliness and high standards. Serving a wide variety of individual and business clients, they are now looking for an experienced accountant with exceptional business and accounting ability and acumen, excellent communication skills with clients and team members and a desire to be a part of the future of the firm.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years solid hands on public accounting practice experience is essential
- Conversant with Cloud Accounting and Superannuation (Xero and Xero Practice Manager highly regarded)
- Solid history of building strong client relationships resulting in higher revenues and profits for the firm
- Experience in advising and delivering business services
- Team spirit and a commitment to personal development and supporting others
- Strong focus and dedication to meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development
