JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will require an enthusiastic self starter with a can do attitude and a conscientious commitment to accuracy and details. As this is a small company, there is a vast variety of duties that may be required.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data processing of invoices
- Processing sales for products and services
- Scheduling services
- Processing inventory movements to various locations
- Stocktake
- Inventory control and ordering
- Debtors and creditors for several companies
- Creditor Reconciliations
- Overseas payments
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Answering phones and assisting with general administration
- Support Financial Controller as required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Mature and experienced in a similar role
- Prefer Diploma in Accounting, or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Enthusiasm and friendly demeanour
- Pro-active attitude and willingness to work hard
- MYOB, Excel, CRM, Computer, Typing skills
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty if required
- Customer Service focus and pleasing, friendly personality.
Note that the Financial Controller will be taking a period of extended leave from mid October and we require someone who is competent at maintaining the company accounts. Flexibility in hours to suit family commitments would be considered for the right applicant.
