Reporting to the Finance Manager – Transformation, the Transformation Business Analyst focuses on multiple initiatives in the finance transformation team. As part of the team, you will deliver a range of initiatives focusing on processes and systems with the end goal to transform into a low-cost, reliable and high-performance business.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and developing change initiatives/projects
- Design reports for new software applications
- Redesign budget and forecast methods
- Recommend and implement standardisation of processes and systems; including standardised reporting, dashboard reporting and a simplified chart of accounts
- Adherence to company EHS processes and policies
You will have a strong systems accounting background combined with significant exposure to management reporting and change management projects. With your Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or comparable discipline, you will possess advanced excel knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively across the finance organisation using your strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
