The Company

About the Position
An opportunity has arisen through staff cover for an additional Accounts assistant to join the team.
Duties will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Office administration including mail, stationery and general administration
- End of Month supplier reconciliations
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Maintaining banking reconciliations
- Recon of accounts
- Matching Sales/PO Invoices
The Ideal Candidate:
- MYOB experience advantageous
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts
- Full availability required for the duration of contract
- Confident in ability and flexible to pick up range of duties in short timeframe.
