About the business and the role
Our client offers a friendly support environment where you will be supported by a friendly finance team. This is a role for someone who likes to be busy and thrives working under pressure. The position will start off on a temporary basis.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This is a hands on role and you will be reporting to the Manager of Finance. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Coding the invoices to the general ledger
- Reconciliations of supplier statements to invoices
- Payments
- Dealing with email queries
- Some Accounts Receivable duties
- Administration duties
- Ad hoc duties
Skills and experience
To be successful for this assignment, you will need
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- To be analytical
- Can do attitude and the ability to work in a high pressure environment.
