The Company
Our client is a market leading organisation and has recently gone through a considerable amount of growth and therefore looking to add an additional Accounts Payable Officer to their finance team. They are a brilliant business to be part of offering job security and continued training and development.
The Role
Your duties will include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Responding to queries via email and phone
- Reconciliation of creditor statements
- Bank reconciliations
- General ad hoc administration duties
Your Profile
To be successful for this position you will need to be flexible and able to offer support where desired as well as having fast/accurate data entry skills. Excellent communication skills are essential as it is a fast paced environment. Similar experience working with high volumes is highly desired and the ability to work under pressure, with an eye for detail
