The Company: 
Our client is a highly successful, privately owned construction company with a turnover of $500m and employing over 350 employees. They have recently picked up some exciting new projects and business is progressing resulting in the search for a Payroll & Accounts All-Rounder

The Role: 
Our client is looking for an Payroll & Accounts All-Rounder to join their team of five. This role reports into the Finance & Admin Manager and entails a variety of duties to keep your day interesting. The role of Payroll & Accounts All-Rounder is a full function role that will suit an experienced person who is comfortable with a combined Payroll and AP support positiion.

Duties: 

• To ensure timely processing of creditors invoices and sub-contractors claims 
• Weekly and fortnightly payroll 
• Prepare expenditure analysis report for each week
• Complete credit applications for new supplies and creditors
• Month end duties
• Reconcile creditors and sub-contractors statements
• Balance sheet reonciliation

The Candidate: We are looking for an individual with the following skills, experience, and mindset:

• Minimum 2 years full function Payroll and accounting support experience 
• Enjoys working in a busy environment and gets the job done
• Excellent inter-personal skills,
• Able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• High levels of attention to detail and an analytical thinker
• Attitude to learn and gain more experience while bringing your own to the table
• This role will equally suit someone with "qualified by experience" skills or accounting academics
