Our client is a reputable national civil engineering contracting company currently executing a number of EPCM, high-value projects in the renewables sector. The organisation is looking for a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the Business Services Team.
Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable/receivable functions through to administration while ensuring professional and timely customer service is provided to all stakeholders.
As Finance and Administration Manager you will be responsible for :-
- leading, developing and mentoring the finance, payroll, travel and administration team;
- preparing and lodging company BAS and IAS;
- managing accounts payable and receivables;
- managing and reconciling the complex weekly employee and contractor payroll and new employee files;
- processing end of year reconciliations, checks and balances;
- coordinating company functions and booking travel when required;
- overseeing and managing other administration related activities including the back-up of documents, archiving and maintaining of storage rooms.
