An opportunity has arisen for Finance Optimisation Manager to deliver and execute key operational and tactical plans to deliver our Finance Optimisation strategy. Responsible for designing, recommending and implementing system and process improvements, you will deliver best practice solutions to our Finance team and the broader business to ensure strategic objectives are met and effective change management initiatives have been delivered.

Your Opportunity

Key responsibilities of your will include;

  • Participating in the development of a coherent vision and strategy for Finance and Business operations
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to deliver on the strategy
  • Evaluating best practice end to end processes relevant to all aspects of Finance and Asset operations
  • Recommending changes to asset processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implementing a successful Monthly Asset Review Session (MARS) program across all Assets
  • Eliminating redundant and or inefficient processes
  • Implementing system enhancements to Salesforce, Anaplan, CTI and Tableau to ensure maximum business use and adoption
  • Implementing change management initiatives relative to the finance operations of the assets
  • Engaging with internal and external partners to drive business improvement
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic and operational plans and objectives

What will make you stand out?

To make you stand out from the crowd your skills and experience will ideally meet the below selection criteria.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a  Management, property finance role or similar position.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in management of property or assets within a related industry.
  • Experience/capability in property related software programs and BI tools
  • Experience in change management initiatives related to asset management and project delivery.
