The Client
Our client is an outstanding ASX listed professional services organisation based in the CBD. Currently undergoing a period of rapid growth, this business is going from strength to strength and adding headcount to the team.

The Role
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the end to end function of Accounts Payable and provides assistance to the accounting support team when necessary. 
 
Duties
Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager, and working in a small team, your daily tasks will include;

• Matching invoices with purchase orders and processing a high volume of invoices
• Statement reconciliations 
• Process supplier payments within supplier trading terms.
• Reconcile the accounts payable control account in the general ledger to the sub-ledger each month
• Ensure petty cash is replenished and reconciled in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in an end to end Accounts Payable position
• Intermediate skills in Excel
• Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment
• Positive and vibrant personality
