Our client is a leading developer and supplier of software to the automotive dealership industry in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Embarking on exciting expansion this company now invites a Client Relationship Manager to provide exceptional level of customer service to clients in the region. The role is responsible for coordinating and implementing installation projects and providing consultancy and training to clients. Maintaining solid relationships with clients you will identify ways these companies can better utilise their software solutions and present new enhancements and modules to be sold.
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum two years motor dealership experience preferably in Fixed Operations (i.e. Service and/or Parts) or Accounts and Administration
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Client focused
- Experience with an Automotive Dealer Management System would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised
- Exercise initiative
- Ability to work occasional flexible hours
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong general IT knowledge
Core Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites in NSW and interstate required
- Provide consultancy, support and training to our clients within three to six months
