My client is one of the industry’s leading distributors of IT products, specialising in security, networking, storage, unified communications and product service renewals.
My client is looking for an energetic Accounts & Marketing Fund Administrator in its Sydney office.
Their Finance team requires a candidate with proven administrative experience, a love for numbers and an eye for detail to efficiently and effectively own and manage the Marketing Development Funds.
This role of administering and tracking funds will now lie solely with the successful candidate. As time allows, this candidate will also be called upon to assist the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Creating MDF requests in the vendor’s online system
• Paying supplier invoices
• Tracking payments in the NetSuite MDF code
• Collecting required Proof-of-Performance from the
vendor to submit the MDF claim
• Creating invoices made out to the vendor for the claim
• Tracking vendor payments, and chasing vendors for
overdue payments
• Follow up internal staff for detail required for related
