Payroll & HR Admin assistant
Workzone Pty Ltd is a property and facility maintenance company with their Head Office based in Seven Hills. We are looking for a person with payroll HR experience.
Part time position working 19.5 hours per week. Days of work are Tuesday-Thursday from 9 am - 4:30 pm.
The Payroll Clerk/Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the preparation of payroll in MYOB. The responsibility includes maintaining a complete record of earnings, deductions, and detailed records of employee payroll. The assistant will review time records each pay period to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, leave accrual, and other times such as on-call and/or shift.
The Human Resources assistant will assist with the posting, processing and maintenance of applicant and employee personnel record system, collect applicant and employee information and compile data for reports.
In addition to this you may be required to assist out in other admin duties.
Responsibilities
