About the role
This position will play a pivotal role in the improvement of financial accounting and financial processes within Oxfam. To succeed in this role you will need to have significant experience in financial accounting and an understanding of financial risk management topics.
You will be confident providing financial risk management advice and analysis to senior managers on topics including foreign exchange, costs allocations and income recognition.
A little about you (the key selection criteria)
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in accounting supported by current part- or fully-qualified CPA or similar professional qualification
- Experience developing and producing financial reports, statements and reconciliations for a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience delivering significant impact from business improvements
- Substantial exposure to SAP ERP Financials with a working knowledge of Greentree and/or MYOB desirable
- High levels of computer literacy with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
