Temporary Assignment for a dedicated and hard working Accounts Payable Clerk.

Your new company
A leading supplier of specialised technical services, successfully servicing Australia for a number of years. Our client prides themselves on being an efficient and accurate supplier of quality services and is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance Team on a temporary basis.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Accurate data entry
• Producing reports by exporting data into Excel
• Create purchase invoices
• Assisting with cash flow
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Database maintenance for creditors
• Answering queries and liaising with various parties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will have a 'heads down bums up' attitude and desire to get your work done quickly and accurately. You will have an excellent knowledge of Excel and the ability to export data from MYOB to create a report in Excel. You will also have an excellent understanding of MYOB with excellent communication skills and proven experience working in a similar role.
