As a part of the Middleware team in this leading national firm, you will be the technical Splunk SME on their enterprise implementation. Providing expert guidance using your extensive knowledge in the field, you will manage, develop and extend their Splunk capability.
You will work across a wide variety of Splunk sectors including infrastructure, administration, standards, automation and solution development.
As the the Splunk Specialist you will have extensive experience in enterprise level SIEM environments, experience with Splunk and Unix platforms, and also have exposure to python scripting.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Enterprise level Splunk experience.
- 5+ years on operation support team.
- One or more Splunk certifications.
- Stakeholder management experience with ability to communicate technically and non technically.
- Splunk ES, Splunk ITSI, Unix AIX and Linux
- Middleware products such as WAS, MQ, IIB, Tomcat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Splunk SME within the Middleware team.
- Provide technical leadership on Splunk to various business units.
- Contribute to the operational support of the Splunk implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders across the board on Splunk lifecycle.
- Manage, develop, and extend the Splunk posture within the team.
