Based in Geelong, this rapidly growing accounting firm is searching for an experienced bookkeeper with experience in Xero to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
This exciting Bookkeeping opportunity will see to you manage a successful portfolio of clients, with responsibility for full function accounts payable, accounts receivable, end-to-end payroll, reconciliations, BAS preparation and lodgment, as well as reporting and cashflow analysis. Currently seeking a dedicated, full-time Bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, you will be accountable for a wide range of tasks and utilise your skillset in end-to-end bookkeeping, expanding on accounts through to trial balance, whilst supporting the Accountants and Partners of this growing firm.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to meet deadlines. You will have exceptional bookkeeping ability as you work across a vast client portfolio. With meticulous attention to detail and strong proficiency in the use of Xero and Microsoft Excel, you will have proven ability to hit the ground running.
