• Facilitating the company’s budgeting and month-end US GAAP reporting processes for 10 entities, a number of projects and over 14 cost centres;
• Involve in cash flow management, multiple business acquisitions, thin capitalisation considerations, as well as, the capital intensive and cyclical nature of business
• Manage revolver bank loans, covenant forecasting and signoff
• Oversee reconciliations such as rental smoothing, asset pricing, finance lease tracking, direct cost accruals and many other month-end recs
• Internal controls review with external auditors and implementation of stricter controls and processes to meet SOX requirements
• Manage external year end audit process, review and sign off on the reported results and the management letter
• Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP differences for the business; and be up to date with new accounting standards.
• Challenging and reporting financial results on the cost base 
• Providing support on ad-hoc pieces of financial analysis including cost initiatives, business cases and scenario analysis.

• CA qualified accountant
• BIG 4 background
• Financial services (Insurance preferred)
