Company

High profile national health services company - this role is Brisbane based.

Position

Managing a team of 11, you will be charged with the task of driving the payroll function to the next level in terms of controls and efficiencies. With a payroll of 10,000 staff, this organisation uses Chris 21 and ADP.  You will no only manage the day to day function but you will be able to use your outstanding and proven process improvement skills to review efficiencies, processes and controls and implement a best practice payroll function. 

Profile

This is a senior role requiring a depth of experience in large, complex environments - small to medium business experience will not be sufficient to transition smoothly into this role and add value immediately.  You must have managed small to medium teams in the past and be collaborative, energetic and a positive influence on your team and the broader business.
