The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a large non-profit organisation based on the city fringe. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive finance team on a 6-month contract basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
• Process daily banking transactions
• Daily cash Reporting
• Raising Invoices
• Monthly credit reporting
• Review of staff expense transactions
• Managing company Credit card
• Month End Financial Reporting
• Reconciliations
• Monthly accruals
• Managing Fixed asset register
Your Profile
To be successful, you will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar accounting role with proven experience using large ERP systems (Great Plains, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, JDE). Intermediate Excel skills is also essential. You will have a strong customer service approach to work coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
