Corporate Link Services provide business support and solutions to organisations and small business with expertise in areas of finance and accounting, human resources management, rostering and payroll processes.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer who loves to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst resolving queries and attending to enquiries in a rapidly growing business. This is a newly created role to join our team located in South Tweed Heads office. .
Responsibilities
- Customer invoicing and maintenance of debtors ledger
- Oversee debtors management, prepare and provide reports
- Process and upload supplier invoices
- Undertake analysis of customer documentation and income as required
- Undertake preparation of weekly bank reconciliation
- Through understanding of and ability to process accrual accounting concepts
- Maintain supplier and customer records
- Maintain timeliness and accuracy of all payments made
- Adhere to weekly supplier run deadlines
- Prepare and provide reports
- Maintain multiple email accounts
- Assist with payroll processing as required
- Undertake adhoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience working in Accounts Officer position full time
- Proactive approach to building great relationships
- Ability to adapt and integrate new processes and procedures within a rapidly growing business
- Experienced in Attache and Xero preferred
- Strong and clear communication skills
- High attention to detail combined with commitment to providing quality output

The position is permanent full time. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.
