We are a boutique hospitality business established in Belmont, WA with a longstanding history. Working as part of a small back-office team, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounts All-rounder. Reporting to the Bookkeeper, you must be willing and happy to jump in, help out and undertake various accounts, finance and office tasks. These include:
- Accounts receivable and credit processes
- Accounts payable
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations
- EOM processes and reporting
- General office administration
You will be expected to be able to multi-task, and follow internal procedures and controls. This role requires a person who possesses a keen eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and willingness to learn. In addition, we seek a candidate who has:
- Suitable accounting qualifications and professional experience
- ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
- strong numerical skills and attention to accuracy
- high organisational and time management skills
- excellent communications skills
- advanced computer skills, particularly Excel
- experience working with MYOB
- experience in hospitality and OPERA are desired
