We are a boutique hospitality business established in Belmont, WA with a longstanding history. Working as part of a small back-office team, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounts All-rounder. Reporting to the Bookkeeper, you must be willing and happy to jump in, help out and undertake various accounts, finance and office tasks. These include:

  • Accounts receivable and credit processes
  • Accounts payable
  • Bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • EOM processes and reporting
  • General office administration

You will be expected to be able to multi-task, and follow internal procedures and controls. This role requires a person who possesses a keen eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and willingness to learn. In addition, we seek a candidate who has:

  • Suitable accounting qualifications and professional experience
  • ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
  • strong numerical skills and attention to accuracy
  • high organisational and time management skills
  • excellent communications skills
  • advanced computer skills, particularly Excel
  • experience working with MYOB
  • experience in hospitality and OPERA are desired
