We are working in partnership with a small, yet highly innovative global distribution business based in Copacabana.
Due to recent growth they are looking to appoint a professional Finance Administrator on a part time basis to help assist with the following duties:
- Book-keeping/ invoice management - chasing debtors.
- Allocating funds to GST, tax and managing business cash flow.
- Processing staff expenses, generating reports.
- Stock and Inventory management.
To be successful you must have recent experience working in a similar role, high level Excel and Xero knowledge, availability to start at short notice and excellent communication skills.
