As the Plant Controller you will be responsible for driving performance and efficiency in reporting and operations manufacturing as well as being an integral business partner for the Operations Leadership team.

Description
Working with the Financial Controller the role is responsible for:
- Understand and collate business requirements, conduct business analysis, reporting of sales and manufacturing plant performance
- Provide manufacturing efficiency and productivity reporting and analysis
- Inventory analysis and reporting
- Provide insights and analysis of monthly results and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Further develop and standardise operational KPI’s to drive the correct business behaviours
- Further develop and improve monthly reporting packages
Profile
- Experience in a financial or commercial role, with ideally 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing industry
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA qualified preferred
- Experience in financial management areas such as productivity and profitability analysis
- Strong financial skills & knowledge, proven financial modelling skills & high competency in excel
- Exposure to multi-site operations and tight global reporting deadlines is desirable
