Your new company
One of our key government clients is looking for an experienced SAP payroll officer to become part of their personnel team.
Your new role
The successful candidate will work in close proximity with existing members of a leading Federal Government team. Within this role you will have the opportunity to perform skills inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- End to end payroll processes
- Checking rates for permeant and temporary staff
- Processing leave entitlements
- Working across multiple awards
- Superannuation calculations
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform the above listed skills to a high standard and will have previous experience in the SAP payroll. You must also possess good written and oral skills as well as the ability to lead and manage a small team of staff. Experience of work within the Australian Federal Government is a necessity. You will also need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of APS conditions of service and enterprise agreements.
To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a (Baseline, NV1 or NV2 ) personnel security clearance.
