Position
This important role is to manage the delivery of an integral project to implement a single General Ledger solution, to consolidate existing finance and supporting systems.
The Project Manager will be leading a team of both internal and external parties providing support to the main stakeholders of the project (including Finance Controllers\Managers and the Business Systems Manager).  The role will encompass all project stages from initiation, direction, control, managing product delivery, managing stage boundaries and the close.

Profile
The ideal candidate must have a tertiary qualification relating to Finance and/or Information Technology, Project management certification and at least 10+ years delivering enterprise level projects and 6+ years delivering finance projects relating to general ledger systems.  You need to ideally have have exposure to the Real Estate/Property development.

  You must also have:-

• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and to be an effective team leader.
• Superior stakeholder skills are required to liaise at varying levels of seniority.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing project budgets and financials
• Organised with attention to detail
• Discretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently
• Ability to see and communicate ‘the bigger picture’,
• Facilitation of workshops engaging project and business representatives to achieve the needs of the project; and development new opportunities & processes, and put together requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
