Payroll Coordinator/Senior Payroll Officer - Aurion Payroll
- 6-month contract - ASAP
- Salary $60 - $70K base plus super, pro-rated
- Brisbane CBD location
Working for a Queensland bulk supplier, the position of Payroll Coordinator or Senior Payroll Officer is required urgently to commence and undertake the day to day payroll operational activities while take a lead on payroll improvement initiatives. This role will see you undertaking an end to end payroll including the processing of leave requests, entitlements, assisting with payroll enquiries and a backlog of administration duties.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Working knowledge of Aurion payroll system is essential and non-negotiable
- Minimum 4+ year’s previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator or Senior Payroll Officer, within a large organisational/complex environment
- A customer service orientation, with exposure to working within a client service focussed environment
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and a natural self-starter
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to develop good working relationships quickly
- Availability to commence immediately or within a short notice period
