Finance Manager - Commercial Construction

With a strong focus on future growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager where you will take full responsibility for the full finance function including management of the finance team.

Responsibilities include;

• Management of budgeting and forecasting
• Month end and quarterly reporting
• Manage bank guarantees and insurance bonds from initial preparation to final close
• Prepare daily cash flow report
• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Management of a team of three
• Procurement and management of variations
• Assist in the implementation of new system (Cheops)

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills and experience;

• Degree qualified with CPA/CA completed or being undertaken
• Previous experience in a similar role in the construction sector with exposure to Cheops
• The ability to work in an ever changing environment and manage conflicting demands
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
• The ability to interact at all levels of the business
• Commercially focused with the desire to achieve strong results
