Our client has been established for over 35 years and is a successful medium sized wholesale sports equipment business.
We are looking for a Management Accountant to be responsible for management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cost control. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing HR, preparing payroll and meeting BAS and payroll tax obligations. In addition, the management accountant will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost savings initiatives and business accounting process improvements.
Key Skills/ Experience:
CNCPA qualified; 3-4 years experience in similar role
Wholesale and Inventory experience
A passion for Quality improvement
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Project management and autonomous decision making
Analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in Navision (Enterprise Resource Systems) advantageous
