The Company:

Long established in the property management arena, with a wide range of auxiliary companies. 
  
Responsibilities include:

As the ANCHOR based in the office, the PA will be responsible for providing outstanding general office administration, XERO functions, liaising with contractors for property repairs getting quotes and then keeping track of what is outstanding.
  • Receiving and actioning incoming calls and emails.  
  • Respond and follow up on all customer enquiries incl. quotations.
  • Attend to all accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Process orders and invoices in XERO
  • Calculate costs
  • Follow up debtor payments    
  • Daily banking and post mail duties
  • Create, update and maintain company records/reports
  • General office administration duties
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Great oral and written English communication
  • MS Office experience in Word and Excel essential
  • Good working knowledge in Xero would be a great advantage
  • A self-starter, all rounder
  • Sound Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
  • Able to work unsupervised, highly organised and motivated is extremely important.
  • Property management experience would be very highly regarded but is not essential
  • Excellent communicator, with strong Customer Service experience
Experience and Requirements:  
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role necessary.
  • Strong computer literacy – Word, Excel and Email
  • Bookkeeping experience would also be a positive.
  • Ability to make outbound calls of a customer service nature!
  • Passionate about customer service and a strong customer-driven attitude!
  • Polite and professional phone manner  
  • Strong command of the English language - written and verbal
  • Effective time management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • XERO( or similar package) experience is a BONUS!
