You will see yourself joining a reputable global organization. This is a senior level role and your focus will be to work with other senior stakeholders within the business and oversee a range of commercial finance activities. These will include contract and tender analysis from compliance, taxation and profitability point of view as well as analysis and preparation of new tenders.
You will have proven and recent experience at similar capacity within commercial finance, a through understanding of Australian Taxation legislation as well as familiarity with US taxation (preferred but not essential).
To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:
- Demonstrated recent experience as a commercial finance manager (or similar capacity) with one of the large consulting / vendors (preferably in Canberra);
- Experience in contract and tender analysis in determining compliance pricing, cost and profitability analysis;
- Extensive understanding of Australian taxation legislation;
- Financial program leadership & execution background, understanding of earned value management, internal management reporting, cost management, budget development and analysis, financial estimating and system configuration management;
- Experience working within a multi-currency and multi ledger systems environment;
- CA / CPA Background;
Advantageous but not essential experience:
- Experience in US GAAP and AUS AASB
- Knowledge of FCPA and IFRS/AAP
