This is a great opportunity for a strong finance professional to join a leading finance team to drive commercial transactions and accounting advice for new products. A strong understanding of accounting treatments for financial markets will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Financial management and reporting for various products across the financial markets business
• Detailed technical accounting advice and structuring for complex transactions and new products
• Front office stakeholder engagement and influence to drive optimal business outcomes
• Ongoing advisory input around accounting impacts for the financial markets division
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets products is highly preferred
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex accounting issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
