Experienced MYOB/Xero Bookkeeper 2 Half Days per Week (8 – 10 hrs)– South Melbourne
Great opportunity exists for a bookkeeper to manage the bookkeeping process for multiple (3) small businesses 2 half days per week.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience in Australia
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB and Xero
- Be committed, self-motivated and proactive
- Be proficient in all aspects of Payroll including EOFY reconciliations
- Have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all personality types
Duties include:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Monthly Reporting & reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Scan and filing
- Month End journals
- Payroll
- Ad Hoc administration duties
