• $70,000 + Super -  Fixed Term 6 Month Contract

About the Role

This renowned and household leading FMCG business has gone from strength to strength in the last few months and they have a temporary for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team at their Blacktown location

The Responsibilities

Working alongside a team, and reporting to the Shared Services Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to: 

• High volume processing and data entry of up to 200 invoices daily
• 3 way matching – invoice, purchase order and stock
• Supplier, Bank and Stock reconciliation
• Processing of payment runs
• Journal Entries
• GL coding and reconciliations
• Assisting the team where necessary

The Successful Candidate  

• Previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable role is a Must
• Experience with SAP and Concur is a MUST
• Must have experience with Supplier reconciliations
• High Level MS Excel as must have experience with Pivot tables, V Look Ups and formula's
• Excellent communication skills
• Be resilient to the environment & be a team player
