Your new company
A global law firm are looking for an experienced Legal Finance Officer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Located right in the heart of the CBD, the office is a short walk from a number of cafes, restaurants and shops and is easily accessible by public transport.
Your new role
As a legal Finance Officer, your responsibilities will involve responding to billing queries, attending to end of month billing, responding to reporting requests and preparing general office cheques. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for maintaining Brisbane trust and Investment money accounts, disputing and reconciling petty cash, approving files and processing bill cancellation requests.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to have experience with legal accounts, billing or trust accounts. You will also have excellent organisational skills and have strong attention to detail. In addition to this, you will be methodical in your approach to tasks and have a good knowledge of Excel.
