We have a newly created role in our boutique Debt Recovery agency available for an entry level AR/Collections operator. You will need to be:

• Self Motivated - able to work well in a small team;
• Communicative – efficiently liaise at all levels, the role requires direct communications with clients (at all levels of management) and legal professionals in addition to the collections function.

Duties

• Accounts Receivable/Collections
• Client Account Management
• File/Diary Maintenance
• Some paralegal communications
• Some clerical functions

The successful candidate must have:

·                Experience with Microsoft platforms

·                Accountability and self-motivation

·                The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a small team

·                A strong eye for detail

·                Be an amazing communicator and team player
