A well-known consumer goods supplier, predominantly of Clothing and Household good directly In Melbourne CBD.

Your new company
Is a well known high end consumer goods supplier, they house different brands under their umbrella all different retail sectors. Due to growth with their business they require a Payroll Administrator to come on board.

Your new role
Payroll Administrators work within the help desk team, and support the HR system sections as the second point of contact for any and all payroll enquiries.

• Ability to respond to straight forward payroll enquiries
• General administration support which will include Photocopying, scanning confidential paperwork and associate documents.
• Calculate employee entitlements and process payroll tasks.
• Manage and maintain general payroll enquiries.
• Record and report any issues that are affecting the working to the Team Leader and identify any solutions.
• Perform straightforward pay audits to determine over and under payments.
• Manage and maintain clients detail on the Chris 21 payroll system. This will include updating the superannuation requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• High attention to detail
• Chris21 Payroll System is highly desired.
• Clear articulate communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate Excel Skills.
• Previous experience in Payroll.
• Ability to work independently as working as part of a team.
