An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer has become available to join a friendly supportive team!
Client Details
Our client is a well-known Australian leading media and entertainment business, they are now seeking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join their finance team immediately.
Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you duties will include but not limited to:
- Correctly raise and issue customer invoices
- debtor management including collection phone calls
- Filling of invoices
- Receipt posting against client's accounts
- Bank account reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable email box management
- Correctly issue credit notes
- Ad hoc as required
Profile
The successful candidates will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Full Function Accounts Receivable
- Strong communication skill
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel Skill is must
- Navision experience is highly desirable
