We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated experienced Credit Officer based at Laverton branch.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this person will be required to effectively assess and accept credit in line with credit policy and procedures.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Fulfil targets for the credit area cash flow
• Collect payment and pursue customers for overdue balances
• Asses and make recommendations to set up accounts with credit
• Assist Credit Manager and Senior Credit Officer as required
• Support the Branch Manager with adhoc tasks when required

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:

• 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to handle a number of tasks similtaneously
• Microsoft Office skills, Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word & Outlook
• A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

Qualifications in credit management would be highly advantageous.
