Your new company

Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you are responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of all accounts allocated. Your tasks include the preparation of revenue journals and accruals, receipting of payments. Additional duties will also include:

• Debt collections
• Prepare and Distribution of statements
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Prepare and process customer rebates
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Answer all queries and resolve any disputes relating to debtor accounts

What you'll need to succeed

• • Strong Experience using MYOB
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Professional and confident, with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role under Australian regulatory standards
  • Ability to priorities your work load to meet company deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
